Dr. V.V.T. Manuel graduated with a medical degree from the Universidad Veracruzana, with his surgeon certificate he then moved to Mexico City where he graduated with the degree of Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) , making his residence at the Hospital General Dr. Manuel Gea González in Mexico City, where he was issued the OBGYN title by the Mexican Health Ministry.
4 years later he enrolls in the sub specialty of Laparoscopic Surgery where he trains for 6 months, and the sub specialty of colposcopy procedures, also for 6 months, both internships were done at General Hospital "Dr. Manuel Gea González" with titles and recognition by the Autonomous University of Mexico UNAM, the highest ranking medical institution in Mexico, number two in Latin America and one of the top 50 universities in the world.
